Hi! My name is Laura, I'm 32 and a self-employed artist and art historian based in Glasgow, originally from Germany. I'm looking for a room in Glasgow, ideally available soon.

I'm currently on Universal Credit and Adult Disability Payment, so I need a landlord who accepts benefits; just want to be upfront about that from the start.
My budget is up to £750/month ideally including bills, though I have some flexibility.

I'm an orderly, clean and friendly person. I love cooking (I'm vegetarian), exploring local cafés and parks, dancing and travelling. I like my quiet but also enjoy a good chat. I'm interested in arts, comedy, history, politics and psychology. I go out occasionally but mostly prefer a cosy night in.

I don't smoke or take any drugs, and I have never missed a rent. I can provide references from a previous Glasgow landlord and a character reference.
