Professional looking for home or buddy up!

I graduated last year and am currently working full-time in the fragrance industry. I am a very easy-going, sweet-tempered, and tidy professional looking for a long-term place to call home from around August. I love a good balance of socializing with flatmates and respecting everyone's privacy.
My budget is around £1,000 per month, and I am ideally looking for a room with all bills and council tax included.
I have a very sweet and well-behaved cat. To be completely transparent, they do shed a fair amount of fur, but I am extremely clean and diligent with vacuuming and keeping the space spotless!
