36yr old woman with small dog

Looking for a room or one bed flat to rent in the area. I’m 36 and have a small, 12yr old dog that I’m hoping can live with me. She is very well behaved and not destructive. I can provide references from my vet and current landlord if required 😊 I also have 3 lizards in two vivariums. They’re all very friendly and everything is on timers and thermostats so minimal maintenance/electricity use.
I’m looking to either share a house with someone or a studio/one bed flat would also be suitable. I’m working full time as a carer, tidy, quiet and considerate of other people’s space.
