Looking for a third person to buddy up with

My flatmate Rachael (30, F) and I (31, F) are looking for a third woman (preferably in her 30s) to complete our trio so we can rent a modern 4 or 5-bed, 3-bath house with a garden or a 3 bed, 3 bath flat with a big balcony. We want enough space for all of us to live, work, and create a comfortable home together.

Who we are
I work in tech and mostly work from home. I love baking, trying new recipes, eating, reading books, and going to Afrobeats step classes. I’m currently travelling, so we’re targeting a move-in in the first or second week of July.

Rachael works in public affairs, goes into the office a couple of times per week. She enjoys hiking, reading, and park days.

We’re both kind, clean, and value a calm, welcoming home where we can decompress. We’re big on occasional movie nights and nice chats in the garden, but we also respect each other’s privacy and don’t take it personally when someone needs time for themselves.
