Student looking for a room to sublet over summer

I am coming to Southampton this summer to complete a summer research experience, which is like a mini PhD project, after just finishing an MBiol in Zoology in Leeds. I would therefore like to sublet within a house of PhD/Masters students, but I am comfortable being in any type of student house. The dates I would be living there are from 20th June - 26th August. I'm looking to preferably stay in Portswood, and looking for a place on the relatively cheaper side.

I'm a tidy housemate and a social and outgoing person, I'm always happy to make new friends, and I'm looking forward to exploring Southampton cuz I'm coming down from the north. Always up to go to a bar or the pub, or spend the day in the park, whatever ! I'm a gay/queer man and make friends with all kinds of of ppl.
