Filmmaker looking for room in friendly house.

I’m a documentary - fiction hybrid filmmaker. At the moment, I'm in the editing for my first feature film, which immerses into the lives of bat catchers who work for scientists in Madagascar.

Over the summer, I will be editing my film, and might pick up a part time job - something active - as a counter balance to all the computer time.

I grew up in London but have lived abroad (US, Ireland, Madagascar) for the last 10 years, so I feel like I’m starting again in London and I'm looking to build community. I am trying to see if London is where I want to be long term.

I’m 28, and I swing between being a bit of an old soul but also I was the youngest child so was always the baby haha

Things I like - I love to be outdoors and get some sun while we can, and I’m a nature lover and liable to go on a spontaneous backpacking trip. Tennis anyone? Obvs I’m engaged in all things cinema (but slow cinema and sensory ethnography are my loves), and outdoor swimming - I’m looking forward to going to the Lido’s over the summer. And on days off, I love to cook for my friends or better yet cook together - bring on the summer bbq plz and thx.

I’d call myself a social introvert who loves being in groups and collaborative spaces, but will also retreat into my own thing some days and needs my own space. It would be great to be friends with my housemates and hang out together. If you’re into these things, I’m a Libra.

I lived in many houseshares and can provide references upon request. I keep my spaces organized for my own sanity, happy to help maintain a clean common space as well.
