22yo Investment Banker Seeks Clean Flatshare in W2

Hi, I’m Athar, 22, and I’ve recently moved to London. I’ll be working in investment banking at a boutique advisory firm near Porchester Road in W2, so I’m looking to move closer to work and settle into a long-term place from 1 July.

I’m mainly looking around Paddington, Bayswater, Royal Oak, Queensway, Lancaster Gate, Edgware Road, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, or nearby W2 areas. I’m open to a clean furnished double room, ensuite, studio, or professional flatshare. My ideal budget is around £1,350-£1,550 pcm, preferably with all bills included, though I can be slightly flexible for the right place.

Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to me, especially in shared kitchens and bathrooms. I’m clean, organised, respectful, a non-smoker, and have no pets. Because of work, I’ll usually be leaving quite early in the morning and getting back late, so I’d be a quiet and low-maintenance flatmate, while still being friendly and respectful when I’m around.

Outside work, I enjoy reading, exploring London, and spending time in parks when the weather is decent. I’m looking for a calm, well-kept home rather than a party flat, ideally with other professionals.
