Looking for flat N1 London

Hi everyone!

Myself and Sophie are looking for a house, apartment, or two rooms in the N1 area (Angel, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and surrounding areas) from this summer. Angel is our ideal location, but we're open to nearby areas that fit our budget, so we'd love to see what's out there!

A little bit about us:

We're both Irish, 27, and have been friends since college. We'd love to find a home with other girls in their mid to late 20s who are looking for more than just flatmates. We really value having a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where everyone gets along and enjoys spending time together, whether that's trying a new sports class, hosting a dinner party, exploring London, heading out for drinks, or having a cosy evening on the sofa. At the same time, we both have our own friends and interests, so we're looking for that nice balance between sharing a home and building genuine friendships.

As housemates, we're both clean, tidy, considerate and easygoing. We're non-smokers, respectful of shared spaces, and appreciate a home that's friendly, relaxed and comfortable to come back to after a busy day.

Emer:
I currently work as an Account Manager for Kerry Group (Irish company). I have lived in Berlin for the past two and a half years and am moving to London with work and it‘s also always been on my bucket list of places to live. I am sociable and outgoing and love music, specifically musicals and am a classically trained singer. I am quite active and generally go to either pilates, spinning, zumba or HIIT workouts 3-4 times a week. I love cooking and baking and have recently started my sourdough journey so there will always be a fresh sourdough in the flat! I love a good book and reality TV show and am similar to Soph in that we love a good debrief over tea.

Sophie:
I spent the last four years living in Stockholm before moving to London in January for my role in communications at a finance company. I've been loving it so far and have been making the most of exploring different parts of the city. I've been subletting since I arrived, so I'm now looking for somewhere more permanent to call home.

Outside of work, I love trying new things and making the most of what London has to offer, whether it's finding new coffee spots and bakeries, trying out restaurants, or heading to a pilates or spin class. My current housemates even convinced me to join a rounders league, which has been a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people! I'm equally happy spending a weekend out and about as I am having a cup of tea and a catch-up at home. I'm also a big fan of a good reality TV debrief and am already counting down the days until the next season of The Traitors, the celeb line up looks so good!
