Looking for a spacious room

Hello, I'm Maya and I'm looking for a spacious double room with move in any time between now and August. Ideally in the city centre but happy to move to Stretford, Chorlton, Didsbury, and Heaton Moor. I would consider places outside of those.

Looking for a 2-3 bed flat or house share. If it's 3 bed, ideally it would have two bathrooms.

I am able to pay deposit immediately.

My budget can be higher, I just obviously would rather not spend a grand on a flat, but I am happy to pay between £600-£900 a month.

I work a lot of festivals and club nights but I'm not a party person at all. I do work away between April and September, but it's usually between 1-4 weeks at a time with a couple weeks in between each show. Outside of summer, I work a mix between office hours and evening/night shifts as my work turns more to club nights. If you like any of the shows I work at, I'll likely be able to get you guestlist.

I also make music and do a lot of reading, watching films, going for hikes and writing.

I'm looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly (I'm bi and have a boyfriend but most of my friends are queer and I want them to feel welcome in my home).

I'm happy to live with pets and I mostly just want someone to build a warm and comfortable environment with. I do value my own space but I won't shy away from spending time with you, I just often get burned out when I come back from working away/after a long shift stage managing.
