Looking for a flatmate! Working Professionals Only

We’re looking for someone to share a 2-bed modern flat (bills included) with us, ideally around St James Street, Walthamstow, or Islington, though we're open to other locations that work well for commuting.

We both work from the office five days a week, so our weekdays are fairly busy and our weekends tend to be low-key. We maintain a healthy lifestyle, usually sleep early, and appreciate a calm, respectful home environment.

In our free time, we enjoy countryside walks, exploring new places, and occasional trips to spots like Bournemouth Beach. We're looking for like-minded housemates who are considerate, tidy, and value a quiet, comfortable place to live.
