Im looking for an affordable place to live within Brighton & Hove area. (Relocating to care for elderly parent)
I need a room with space to sleep and sit/relax, access to a clean shower room and toilet, access to reasonable cooking space, and a small outside space/garden/patio (anywhere I can play with greenery!)
I’ll be working full time, and relaxing when I can, but I’m sociable, easy going and enjoy good company.
My ideal flatmate would be positive, music loving, coffee drinking, honest, clean and considerate! Parking would be a bonus (permit is fine).
I lived in France for 18 years so any French speakers would be fun!
