Placement Year Student looking for an ensuite room

I am a 20-year-old female student. I am looking for a double en-suite room. I am available to move from 29/08/2026 and have a budget of £700-£1,000 pcm. I would like to share with males or females between 20 - 29.

I hope to live in CB1 or CB2

I am quite quiet, especially a homebody, but open to socialising, with homemade dinners, walks, nature, and cafes. I love to read, and I tutor part-time.

I am excited to meet new people

Due to my accessibility accommodations, I would want a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the house

I am also open to sharing with other placement year students, or postgraduate or graduate professionals, to look for a flat/ apartment together, preferable with bills included.
