Looking for an en-suite room or a buddy-up

Hi, I’m Pouya, 28, a senior analyst looking for either a furnished en-suite room or a buddy-up to rent a two-bed flat from 1 July 2026 in Exeter or Totnes.

I mainly work from home, with one or two trips to London each month for work, so good Wi-Fi and a comfortable home environment are important to me.

I’m open to renting a furnished room in an existing house share or buddying up with another professional to find a two-bed flat together. My ideal budget is around £950 pcm including bills, but I’m happy to discuss depending on the place, location and what’s included.

I’m clean, respectful, reliable with rent and bills, and easy to live with. I prefer a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house. I’m sociable and always happy to chat or share the occasional meal or drink, but I also respect people’s personal space and quiet time.

For a buddy-up, I’d be looking for someone tidy, friendly, financially reliable and respectful, ideally another professional. I’d like to find a place that feels homely, clean and relaxed, where both people can feel comfortable.
