I am clean and have never failed a kitchen inspection while living in student accommodation (ofc thanks to having clean flatmates too!). I enjoy cooking so I value a clean space and would be able to pay my rents on time as well.
Living with me is both being able to socialise but also respecting and valuing the peace and quiet of alone time and personal space. I am open to good conversations, sharing good food and spend lots of time both in and out of the flat to keep my life interesting!
