Looking for a room or to buddy up with someone

Hi, I'm Finn, 38, I'm looking for a room in a friendly, relaxed home OR someone else looking to find a new space to live in. I just require enough space for a bunk bed in my room as my two boys, aged 10 and 8, come to stay with me every other weekend.

I also spend a lot of time working abroad, often away for extended periods, so I'm generally a quiet and low-impact housemate. When I'm home, I'm tidy, respectful, easy-going, and appreciate a peaceful, friendly environment.

I work as a building contractor and private chef
