Looking for a Workspace Room in Central London

Hi!

I'm seeking an unfurnished room in central London to use as a dedicated working space and office. I already have a lovely 1-bed flat in Great Portland Street where I live, so I'm looking for somewhere to base myself during the workday.

I run an online business and am currently launching a start-up, so I'm locked in work most of the time. I work at random hours throughout the day and some days won't be in at all, but I'm never there during nights or early mornings.

I find it really valuable to have a separate space outside my home where I can focus, take calls, and maintain a proper work-life balance. Room sharing is the perfect solution for me because it gives me access to shared facilities like a kitchen and fridge for the rare occasions I need them - making a coffee, having a meal, or grabbing a drink. It's more practical than a full office rental and gives me the flexibility I need without the commitment of a traditional workspace.

I'm a reliable, professional tenant who respects shared spaces and keeps to myself during working hours. I'm looking for an unfurnished room (ideally without a bed, as I won't be staying overnight).
