Looking for room/studio

Hi, I’m Aaron — a 39-year-old full-time employee with Harrow Council, looking for a long-term home I can settle into.

I have a secure, stable job and can provide an employer reference and payslips if needed.

I’m ideally looking for an en-suite room with bills included and either on-site parking or eligibility for a resident’s permit. A bed and wardrobe would be great, though I’m flexible on furnishings.

I’m clean, respectful, and considerate of other people’s space. I’m a bit shy at first, but easygoing and friendly once I get to know people. I like a good balance of being sociable and having my own space — looking for a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a party house.

Outside of work I play rugby, go to the gym, and like getting out and exploring when I can. I’m equally happy with a quiet night in, recharging.

This would be my first time renting independently, so I’m after somewhere friendly and well looked-after, where everyone gets along.
