Looking for a flatmate

Hi my name is Matthew I am 25 and I am currently studying Urban Planning. I’m out going, always up for a good time and I enjoy socializing.

My hobbies include playing guitar and bass in bands, I love to go fishing, skateboarding, get a pint, go to a pub quiz and more. While I like having fun I do enjoy a clean, organized common area where everyone can feel comfortable and clean. So its important to me to respect others by keeping common areas clean, keeping the noise down if needed and being a good flatmate overall.

I am looking for an ensuite room and a relatively easy commute to Baker Street station. If you’re interested maybe we can get a pint and talk a bit.
