Easygoing professional looking for a home

Hi all,

I’m Kai, 27, originally from Hull. I’m currently living in Streatham but my tenancy ends in mid August, so I’m looking for my next place.

I ideally want a sociable house where we can have a laugh together rather than just living under the same roof. Equally i can also respect that people need their downtime. Just wanting somewhere nice I can call home

I’m also open to teaming up with like-minded people to find a place in South West London (ideally Clapham, Balham, Battersea, etc)

A bit about me:
Always up for a pub trip, trying new places and down for the occasional rave. Currently training for a marathon, so a running buddy would be a bonus! Big sports fan, bit of an F1 nerd. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
