Looking for a Quiet Room in Hornchurch RM12

I'm looking for a quiet decent size single or double room in Hornchurch RM12 close to Hornchurch Underground Station. The room would need to be rented out individually from other rooms in the property under a separate tenancy agreement (or under a lodger's agreement if by a live-in landlord). Rented out by a live-out landlord or agency option preferred. No buddying up please. Furnished with PLENTY OF STORAGE. A single bed would be sufficient, ample free floor space being more important. A quiet household, no children please. I always respect housemates' privacy, autonomy and need to rest in a peaceful clean environment. I seek the same. Price up to approximately GBP 900 per month, including all bills and broadband. Due to the nature of my work, I often travel and don't normally live in the property the whole time. I always pay the full monthly rent without fail, though. Available to move in on 1th July but can wait until a room matching the above description becomes available.
