23yo Software Engineer Looking for Sociable House

Hi, I am a 23 year old software engineer. My work is moving to be in the office 3 days a week near Bond Street starting end of June. I'm looking to move in fairly soon.

I'm looking for both a nice place as well as a friendly group to join around the same age who enjoy spending time together from time to time. That could be cooking meals together, going to the pub, film nights or something else.

I enjoy cooking, playing board games and going to the pub or the park with my friends. I've recently picked up running too.

My budget is around £1500 per month, and I have been looking around West Hampstead and Islington, but not locked in on any specific area for now.

I'd ideally live in a smaller house share of 3-5 people.
