24M looking for houseshare/buddy up

Hi, I’m James — 24, recent graduate starting a new role in Cardiff in August. I studied at Cardiff uni so I know the city, and I’m looking to get back into Pontcanna or Riverside ideally. Could also be open to somewhere like Canton, Roath, or City Centre. I’m social, clean, and easy to live with — equally happy with a quiet night or a night out. Looking for a good atmosphere where people actually get on. Open to a room in an existing professional houseshare or buddying up with one or two people to rent a flat together — I’ve spotted some good 2 and 3 bed options in those areas that could work well split between the right people.
