Room/buddy up wanted

Hey, I am Reagan. I am looking for a new place to live/ potential buddy ups for a new flat in Wandsworth/ Clapham/Battersea area.

I'm clean tidy and considerate. I am easy to get along with and would be up for doing activities together now and then. My hobbies are dance, gym and running. I like to go out now and then and have a good dance. I enjoy cooking and sharing meals together (my housemates say I should be a chef). Whilst it would be great to be friends with my flatmates, I get we also need our own space and privacy.

I have previously lived with a male and female before. I can get on with males or females equally. While I have no sex preference, I am gay so no homophobes please.
