LGBT Mature Professional seeking room over summer

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for an LGBT-friendly room to crash in near Leeds City Station for the summer weeks up until early September, starting as soon as possible.

My schedule is quite specific, which might be perfect for someone wanting their space back early in the week! I will be working mornings in York and evenings in Leeds, and doing my counselling work on Tuesdays. Because of this, I only need the room from Tuesday/Wednesday evening through to Monday morning (5/6 nights a week). I will be away every Monday night.

I'm a postgraduate student/counsellor. I'm LGBT and so looking for a progressive, inclusive, and relaxed household.

Between commuting to York early in the mornings and working late evenings in Leeds, I’ll be out of the house for large chunks of the day. When I am around, I'm clean, incredibly respectful of personal space, and quiet. I’m looking for a peaceful, reliable spot to rest between shifts.

What I need:
Location: Within a 10-15 minute walk of Leeds Station.
Dates: June through to the first week of September.
Budget: Flexible, looking for a fair rate that reflects the part-week usage.
