Seeking room for 6 months

I'm doing a contract technical job in London starting towards the end of September and potentially will be settling in London permanently. I am looking for a double ensuite (or studio or 1 bhk) room for around six months from the end of September onwards. Flexible about the start date.

I'm working in tech and my pay is structured with a fixed budget per month towards rent and bills.
I like keeping things tidy and clean, and while I do often work late I don't like being loud/noisy in my room as it is for my down time and relaxing. I do not want to share a bathroom with other people.
I like playing tennis and hit the climbing gym fairly often. Would be stoked to do board game/video game nights!
I'm also pansexual and genderfluid - would love to have friends to go to queer club nights and reading events and stuff
