Respectful professional seeking peaceful room in L

I’m a professional drummer and music educator, currently working across music teaching, community projects and live performance. I’m friendly, respectful, clean and easy to live with, and I’m looking for a calm, stable place where I can properly settle.

Although I work in music, I’m very mindful of other people’s space and noise. I would not be practising drums in the house. Most of my work is teaching, planning, admin and professional music commitments, so I’m used to being organised and respectful in shared environments.

I’m sociable and approachable, but I also value peace and quiet at home. I’m not looking for a party house. I’m looking for somewhere safe, relaxed and comfortable where I can focus on work and get some stability back.

I’m currently in an urgent housing situation, so I’m looking to move as soon as possible. I’m happy to provide references, proof of work or income, and to meet for a viewing whenever convenient.
