Two Girls & cats looking for a room mate

Hi! We're Alex and Ellen, two 29-year-olds looking for a housemate (or two) to find and share a 3 (potentially 4) bed with in South London — ideally around Balham, Clapham, or Tooting with good Northern line access.

About Us
Alex is a Contracts Manager, working hybrid — 3 days from home and 2 in the office. Ellen is a doctor with a varied work pattern.
We're both sociable, reliable professionals who take pride in a clean and comfortable home.

We have a wide circle of friends across London and genuinely enjoy having people round, but equally respect that everyone needs their own space and downtime.

Important: Cats!
Alex has four cats who will be moving with us. They're friendly, affectionate, and love a fuss — but if cats aren't your thing, this probably isn't the right fit. Alex takes full responsibility for them, including any landlord negotiations.

Budget
£750-800 per month per person (bills TBC/excluded).
