Hi,

I'm a 26-year-old working professional looking for an ensuite room to rent from 22nd June onwards.

My preferred areas are Hyde Park, Headingley, Leeds City Centre, Kirkstall, and Meanwood. My budget is up to £600 per month, inclusive of all bills.

I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going, and I'm looking for a comfortable and well-maintained home. I work full-time and appreciate a peaceful living environment while also being friendly and considerate towards housemates.

Ideally, the property would have easy access to public transport. I do not require parking. I would also prefer a property with minimal or no staircases, if possible.

I'm open to both house shares and apartments and would be happy to move into a friendly household of professionals.
