Hi, I’m Santeri, 26, Finnish, and I’m looking for accommodation in London for July and August while I’m doing a 2-month research fellowship near Shoreditch / Old Street.
I’m mainly looking for a good double room in a clean, quiet flatshare, but I’m also open to a studio.
Preferred areas: Shoreditch, Hoxton, Haggerston, Dalston, London Fields, Hackney Central, Bethnal Green, Bow, Mile End, Whitechapel, Angel/Islington, or anywhere with an easy commute to EC2A.
Budget: up to around £1,200/month excluding utilities.
A bit about me: I’m currently finishing a Master’s at ETH Zürich. I’m tidy, non-smoking, and would be working from the office during weekdays.
I’ll be in London next week and can do viewings on 11 or 12 June.
