Norwich diva looking for a room ✨

Hi! I’m Cassie and I’m a cool ginger looking for a room 💃🏼. I moved to Norwich 4 years ago for university and the city charmed me so much I decided to stay here after my graduation! I now work in insurance in the city centre and I’m looking for a room to rent in the NR2-NR3 area. I enjoy going out dancing, a cheeky pint at the pub and a good binge watch. I also share all my sweet treats ✨

The pros:
- I’m a very clean and tidy lady
- I am very savvy with discounts
- I also come with a switch 2 so we can play some Mario party!
- I don’t require parking
- I don’t have any pets

My must haves/dealbreakers:
- I’m looking for a double room, with space for an office desk in the house/flat if possible, as my job does have hybrid ability
- For this reason, good broadband speed is also essential for me
- The room can be furnished or unfurnished, but must have good storage options!
- A place with a garden/balcony space would be amazing but I understand that these are a hot commodity in the city and not having one will not put me off!
- I prefer places without pets (no hate! I have just had some bad experiences in past house shares with furry friends).
- Bills included is preferable but not necessary
