I am a working professional looking for a clean, quiet and affordable non-student house share in Pontypridd or nearby areas such as Rhydyfelin, Hawthorn or Graigwen. I am respectful, easygoing and tidy, and I value a peaceful home environment.

I do not mind sharing common areas such as the kitchen, living room and other parts of the property, but I would preferably like to have my own toilet/bathroom if possible.
