ULaw Birmingham Student Seeking Room

Hi, I’m an incoming student at the University of Law Birmingham, starting the Bar Practice Course (BPC) on 14 September. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room close to the university preferably in or around the Jewellery Quarter area ideally in the B18 or B3 postcode areas, as I’d like to keep my commute as short and convenient as possible. My budget is up to £750 per month, including all bills.

I’m a responsible, respectful, and tidy housemate who values a peaceful and friendly living environment. I’ll be focused on my studies, but I’m also sociable and enjoy exploring the city, trying new food, and meeting new people.

Ideally, I’m looking for accommodation with fellow students or young professionals who are considerate and easy to get along with. A well-maintained property within walking distance of ULaw Birmingham, or with excellent transport links, would be ideal.
