Looking for (hopefully) cheap & cheerful!

Hi!
I'm looking for a room for August/September time! I'm moving to London to start my post-grad at UCL along with working part-time.

*My budget is approx. £920 incl. bills.*

I am happy to provide a UK guarantor and references from my landlord along with paying my share of standard council tax if there aren't other students.

I'm not looking for a 'party' or 'student feel' home. The opportunity to study at the Slade (UCL) means I will be super focused and treating it as a job!
I've been working my current job in Mental Health for 4 years alongside my art practice.

As I will be studying Fine Art I won't be working from home as it is a practical studio based course and I expect to be there Monday-Friday 10am - 6/7pm.

I've got many friends in London so you don't have to worry about me being billy-no-mates or responsible for me :)

Having lived in my current house share for 4 years I am keen to find a similar group of friendly and calm people to share a home with and am very much up for some evening TV and chats as well as understanding that home is somewhere to rest and recover from the week!

I'm clean, considerate, responsible, well versed in houseshare living, and lead tenant of my current home (who deals with bills!)
