My name is Sam and I’m a 27 year old PhD student at Exeter Uni. The first 2 years of my PhD were in the Netherlands, but I need to finish the rest of my PhD in Exeter so am looking to move there late July. It would be ideal if the property is near St Luke’s campus which is where I’ll mainly be based. My hobbies are mainly exercise based, running, gyming and cycling, but I also enjoy a chilled day drinking lots of coffee and reading a book. I’m clean and tidy, and I’m looking for friendly, sociable housemates who enjoy a relaxed home.
