Young, friendly professional new to Brighton

Hey, I’m James! I’m 22, from Bath, and looking for a double room in Brighton/Hove from around mid-July, with a flexible budget depending on the place.

I’m moving to the South East for a new field-based role in pharmaceutical sales, so I’ll be out and about for work quite a lot during the week. I’m new to the area, so I’m looking for somewhere with good transport connections and ideally somewhere I’d be able to park a car nearby.

A bit about me: I recently graduated from UCL in London with a degree in neuroscience. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, staying active, travelling, exploring new places, finding good food/music/comedy spots and going for a drink at the pub. I’m really looking forward to moving to Brighton and getting to know the city.

I’d love to live with relaxed, clean and sociable people. I’m not looking for a party house, but it would be nice to live with people who are up for the occasional pub trip, watching something on TV, cooking dinner together or just having a chat after work – equally, I’m very respectful of people’s space and downtime.

I’m clean, considerate, easy-going and reliable, and I’m looking for a nice room that can be a comfortable base for work, while also giving me the chance to meet new people and settle into Brighton life.
