LGBT household wanted 35+

I’m looking for an existing lgbt house share available towards the end of august ( possibly sooner).

North London ideally Tufnell Park, Archway, Crouch End surrounds but not a deal breaker. Hackney, Tottenham, Wood Green
East Finchley, Woodside Park. Haringey.
I have a senior cat who would love outside space - even a little balcony ! Just to do some sunbathing. Him not me

I work hybrid so am home a few days a week and will need WiFi ideally or be permitted to connect my own. Can be flexible with the wfh but not 5 days a week in the office.

I’m easy going , calm and social but do like my own space. Definitely want a home rather than a place to crash, so a friendly vibe is preferred. I’ve lived in places where people are ships in the night, or say hi and bye in the kitchen but I’d prefer to hang out at times, watch crap tv, go to the pub maybe.

I’m an amateur musician, so I will practice at home - I can practice via headphones if you hate the sound.

Budget around £1200 all in max, for the right area/place.

Looking to move asap but definitely before September 1st.

Age groups preferably over 35 ish, I’m just not a party animal I’m afraid…
