I work hybrid so am home a few days a week and will need WiFi but can bring my own as I’m still in contract.
I’m easy going , calm and social but do like my own space. Definitely want a home rather than a place to crash, so a friendly vibe is preferred. I’ve lived in places where people are ships in the night, or say hi and bye in the kitchen but I’d prefer to hang out at times, watch crap tv, go to the pub maybe.

I’m an amateur musician, so I will practice at home and will frequently play music. If you don’t like music this isn’t the share for you.

Budget around £1200 all in max, for the right area/place.

Looking to move asap definitely within a week.
