Trainee teacher looking for flat/houseshare/room

Hello, I'm going to be a trainee teacher from September in a local school in Aylesbury and am looking for a place to stay during this time and thereafter as I look for work in schools.
As I will be working at school during the day, I will be generally quiet and stress-free, and I ask for quiet when I need it, but I also appreciate people who can have a chat at the end of the day and are not too antisocial.

I am decently local as is, so I may also end up spending some days (on weekends especially,) at my parents' or Grandma's, but all in all please work under the assumption that I will be home all week, so I'm not interested in any 5 days/week arrangements.
