Hi, I'm Qing, a researcher at university looking for an en-suite double room or a double room with private bathroom.

I am employed by the university as a research fellow while doing my PhD, so I can contribute towards council tax if required and provide employer references.

A bit about me:

I am a tidy, considerate, and respectful housemate who values a clean and comfortable living environment. I clean regularly, take good care of shared spaces, and always try to be mindful of the people I live with. I am generally a morning person and value a good night's sleep, so I'm usually quiet in the evenings and avoid making unnecessary noise.

I work from home on some weekdays, but I'm not home all the time. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, swimming, going to the theatre and cinema, and occasionally playing guitar. At weekends, I like hiking, exploring different parts of the city, and spending time outdoors.

I've lived with a variety of flatmates over the years. Some became close friends, while with others we simply enjoyed a friendly and respectful living arrangement. I'm happy with either. If you prefer a calm and quiet home, that suits me well, but I'm also always up for a chat, a cup of tea, or the occasional shared meal when we are both in the mood.
