Room or Studio wanted - Move in by end of June

I am a 53-year-old gentleman looking for either a single or double room to rent, preferably with an en-suite bathroom, or a studio flat.

My maximum budget is £700 per month, including bills, and I am looking to move in by the end of June.

A little about me: I am a quiet, respectful, and tidy individual who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family. I lead a peaceful lifestyle, am considerate of others, and take pride in keeping my living space clean and well maintained. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and am looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I am a reliable tenant, always pay my rent on time, and can provide references if required. For the right property, I would also be willing to pay up to three months’ rent in advance.

I am ideally looking for a long-term arrangement and would be delighted to hear from anyone with a suitable room or studio available.
