I'm mainly looking in Clapham, Clapham Junction, Balham, or Wandsworth, with a budget of around £1,200 per month including bills (although I can be a little flexible for the right place!).
I'm hoping to move mid to late August, so I'm looking for someone who's ready to start viewing properties now. I already have a few potential places lined up, so it would be great to get the ball rolling together!
