Young Professional Working in the City (Zone 1)

Hi, I’m Nick, a 23-year-old Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Sheffield, and I’ll be moving to London to start a new role in the energy sector in the City of London on 1st July.

I’m looking for a friendly and welcoming house or flat share with like-minded professionals who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s independence and personal space. Ideally, I’d love to find a home rather than just a room.

I’d describe myself as easy-going, sociable, tidy, and considerate. I enjoy keeping shared spaces clean and organised and am always happy to contribute to making a house feel like a great place to live.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing multiple sports, cooking, and exploring new parts of the city. Having lived with housemates throughout university and worked abroad in both France and the USA, I’m comfortable living with people from different backgrounds and have always enjoyed being part of a positive and social household.

I’m looking to move in around late June/early July and am open to different areas, but ideally looking for areas in Zone 1 or 2, particularly those with good access to the City of London. My budget is flexible for the right place and housemates.
