Looking for Room to rent with only 1 other person.

Hi, I am going to be studying at UOR and need to find a room thats suitable for my 2 cats (who are both 2 years old) and I. However, renting is proving itself to be extremely difficult, considering I am an international student that's not self employed, having a 3rd party pay for my rent. As mentioned, I have 2 cats but they're extremely quiet and clean, and will be willing to cuddle with you if you are nice to them :).

I would need a place from August 21st, however it is also possible later, at least before Sept. 21, as that is when I start uni.

I don't smoke, don't make unnecessary noise, and keep to myself. I clean up after myself and hate when things are disorganised, love having rules in place that concern cleaning schedules, taking out the trash etc. I may stay out late but will come home quietly.

I would prefer an LGBTQ+ housemate, someone who doesn't discriminate against alternative appearances, and is organised and clean. Would also prefer a Vegan/Veggie housemate, but this is not detrimental to my decision!

I will not be able to live with more than 1 person, concerning the safety of my cats and my own ability to live amongst many people, so it will have to be just a 2 person household including me.

If you're a woman let's buddy up ^_^! Although I find structure great with flatmates, I'd also like to get along with you!!
