Clean chilled flatshare Ancoats/NQ

I'm starting on a tech graduate scheme, so I'm out at normal working hours through the week, occasionally a bit later. I'm pretty driven when it comes to work, but I'm a firm believer in work hard, play hard. I love going out properly the odd weekend, music events especially, but day to day I'm chilled and easy going. Big football fan, always up for a laugh, and happy to share a drink and a chat.

I am very clean, and I like a tidy, functional space where I'll always pull my weight keeping it that way. I cook when I can, so I make good use of a kitchen. I'm sociable and genuinely down to meet people and hang out, but I also value my own space to recharge now and then, so I'd get on best with people who are friendly but relaxed about giving each other room.

I'm after a clean, spacious, well kept place that's nice to come home to after work, somewhere that feels like a proper homely base rather than just a room. Outside of work I'm usually at the gym, out socialising, reading, or winding down with a film or a series. Looking for housemates with a similar mindset: easy going, considerate, clean, and up for a laugh when the mood's there.
