Easy-going engineering professional seeking 1-bed or quiet house share South Cambridge

Hi, I'm an engineering professional starting a new job in Sawston, just south of Cambridge. I'm looking for a place to call home and would ideally like a 1-bed flat, studio, 1-bed house, or a relaxed house share though if sharing, no more than 2–3 others, as I value a bit of privacy and peace.

I'm a tidy, easy-going and considerate housemate, and I'd hope to share with someone similar. Outside of work I'm into hiking and swimming and I love being near the countryside, so green surroundings are a big plus.

Budget: £900–£1,300 per month including bills
Preference: Fully furnished

My office is in Sawston, and I'm happy to drive up to around 30 minutes each way so the closer the better, but I'm very open to the surrounding towns and villages: Newmarket, Saffron Walden, Royston, Soham, Haverhill and anywhere in between.
