Double room with en-suite preferred

Also open to a studio or 1-bedroom flat

Budget up to £850 per month, including bills

Non-smoking property

Good transport links would be a bonus

I'm a working professional relocating to Edinburgh after living in Glasgow for the past two years. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I don't smoke and appreciate a comfortable, well-maintained home.
