Professional Friends Seeking Two Double Rooms

Hi,

We’re Alex (27) and Eric (29), two friends currently looking for a house share together in North London.

I work as a Centre Manager in a business centre in Central London, Monday to Friday, and I also run a video marketing agency helping businesses grow their online presence. In my spare time I enjoy staying active, being creative, reading personal development books and spending time with friends.

Eric is a singer and has a studio in King’s Cross, so he does most of his music work outside the house. He’s an emotionally intelligent, considerate person who also enjoys dancing salsa and socialising.

We’ve been living together for the past year and it has been a great experience. We share similar values and are both clean, tidy, organised, respectful and communicative. We enjoy a friendly atmosphere at home but also respect people’s privacy and personal space.

We’re looking for a comfortable and well-maintained house where we can settle in, save towards our future goals and enjoy living with like-minded housemates. Ideally we’re looking for a double room each, good transport links, and a household that values cleanliness, respect and open communication.

We genuinely believe we’re easy people to live with and would be happy to have a chat or arrange a viewing to see if we’d be a good fit.
