Moving back to the South West and seeking a room

Hi! I'm Hannah and I'm a 25 year old professional, working for a major engineering consultancy. At present I live in Newcastle, where I went to university, however, I'm moving back to the South West for my new job (I grew up in Devon). This job will be based at Aztec West so transport connections within an hour are a must. I'm looking to move down mid to late August, September at the latest, however, as I am already working and in a pretty flexible living situation up here I can be quite chill.

I previously lived in Bristol during 2021-22 for my placement year, so I have some familiarity with and friends in the area, but looking to re-establish a network here at this new stage of life.

I'm reasonably flexible about living situations, happy to be in accommodation with a small or larger (no more than 6) number of other inhabitants. My budget would include all bills but this could be stretched a little for the right property.

I would love to live with people who are respectful of each other's space but also interested in the occasional pub night, group dinner etc. I'm a tidy person who is respectful of communal spaces and likes to keep things in order, however I am pretty chill, as such, I'd want to live with people who feel the same way and can communicate as such. I also like to host friends for dinner/games nights on occasion and it would be nice if that could continue (would probably be only once every 2 to 3 months).
