I’m looking for a double room in central Manchester, ideally Ancoats or Castlefield, but I’m open to other areas too.

I’m looking for a clean, easy-going flatmate who’s respectful of shared spaces. I’d be happy to join an existing flat, or buddy up with someone to find a place together from around 24th August, as my current tenancy ends on the 31st.

I work as a Supply Chain Manager and split my time between home and the office, working from home three days a week and in the office the other two.

Outside of work, I like to keep things fairly chilled during the week – usually getting out for a run or heading to the gym. At weekends, I’m often out and about grabbing a coffee, doing a bit of shopping, meeting friends, or enjoying a few drinks.

I’m sociable and always up for a chat, but I also appreciate having my own space and a relaxed home environment.

Ideal budget is £850 each per month for rent not including bills but can look to be more if needed.
