Heya! Seeking a Furnished Double Room (27/F)

Heya I’m eloise (she/her), I’m 27 from australia. I'm a seasoned sharehouser (been in sharehouses on and off for the past 10 years) looking for a new place to call home!!

what i'm seeking: I'm hoping for a sharehouse where people really care about their space/each other. I'll be working casually in hospo and i'm looking for a furnished double room where I can fit a desk (or already has a desk included) and is a little private space to settle (i've been living with family for the past 6 months and privacy does not exist ahah). A friendly, tidy house is really what I'm looking for!

a bit about me: I love music (live music!!), beach swims, nature, friends, a cold beer on a hot day etc etc. I studied social science and love love. I’ve never been to Newcastle before so I'm hoping to make pals from a sharehouse. I also respect personal space boundaries :)
