Looking for a fresh start. Buddy ups welcome

I'm a friendly and tidy person who is looking for a calm and quiet place to live, ideally with one other person but open to a few more. I am moving back to the London area from Wales in late June, having finished my university degree and apprenticeship. Available to move anytime from August.

I'm am flexible with where about I live in London. Space for a desk that can comfortably fit two monitors is essential. On-suite isn't necessary but would be a plus due to my health condition. Pets are fine but I'm not really a dog person.

I enjoy the quiet life, not into partying or going out for the night as I don't drink, but don't mind if you do. I'm fairly easy going and enjoy being independent but always enjoy having a chat or doing something together as a household, whether that's at home or going out somewhere.

Looking for someone who won't just be a flatmate but a friend who is working, won't be throwing any parties, and also looking for somewhere to live for at least a year but is happy to continue for longer. I've lived in flat shares since 2018 so I know the etiquette around it.
